GUIDANCE ACCOUNTABILITY MOTIVATION 

We work with you as an individual and offer value through guidance, accountability & motivation. Personal training could be right for you if you are looking for one or more of these 3 things to help you to achieve your goals.

 

Guidance

If you’re unsure of what exercises to do or how to do them, then a personal trainer can show you how to work on improving your own health and fitness efficiently and safely. We offer guidance on nutrition, show you how to navigate a gym environment, demonstrate how to use exercise machines and free weights effectively and coach you on how to perform the right exercises with correct form and technique. 

Accountability

If you struggle to commit to short term goals yourself, then a personal trainer can keep you accountable. Your personal trainer can check in with you regarding your independent exercise and your nutrition as well as each scheduled PT session being a commitment you make to your personal trainer.

motivation

If you want to be a person that exercises regularly but lacks the enthusiasm for exercise, then you can outsource your motivation to a personal trainer. A personal trainer can make sure you don’t need to think about anything, just turn up and do everything shown to you whilst the session is made as engaging as possible. 

Online personal training and coaching

Guidance, accountability and motivation via online communication. We dedicate time to coaching specifically on subjects like habits, nutrition, and independent exercise whilst supporting you in looking after your own physical and mental health. Online personal training and coaching can offer you as many touch points, check-ins and consultations with your PT as you need, regardless of your geographical location.
